Saw them at the Cleadon Club on Saturday night. Excellent but there's a slight whiff of Creme Brulee about some of the members.

On an unrelated note why is the Cleadon Club called that when it's nowhere near Cleadon.

On Fulwell Ave/Road too but neewhere near there either.

They're canny like. Unfortunately when I saw them they were being frequently drowned out by the locals at the next table loudly arguing about the previous week's meat raffle

It could be that it's in the Marsden area of South shields and Whitburn clubs full name is Whitburn and Marsden club the Marsden being the village that used to be next to souter light house
