They're a pretty similar proposition to us in L1, in that they have a cracking fanbase and are available for much cheaper than you'd ordinarily get a club of that size. The problem is their ground is ancient and they don't have the facilities/training ground that we have.

Yep the infrastructure has been left to go to ruin somewhat but the right investment as you say they are a very good proposition for someone. The fanbase is there and if they get the takeover done quickly they'd likely keep hold of Rohl who would be a major plus for them.
