Trouble is that umpires are in fear of their international careers if they were to challenge the bowling during the match. So we end up with this retrospective action, but too late to affect the result. One would have thought that if the technology is available to look at the action retrospectively, then why isn't it available for umpires to refer during the match?

Malinga the Slinger is definitely another and Sri Lanka seem to be breeding players who don't have naturally crooked arms who are deliberately abusing the rules on the 15 degree action.
