Season ticket waiting list

I have a new email - all change again. Free-for-all over, back to being contacted in chronological order:

Dear supporter,
Following the launch of phase one of season ticket sales to the waiting list, we are changing our approach for the next phase of sales.
We have a number of season tickets available, although a lot of the seats are in various configurations and locations and to make the process easier for supporters the Ticket Office will be contacting them directly. This way we can assist with supporting family groups and the different types of requirements supporters need.
We will start making contact from Monday 27th April and start from the beginning of the waiting list of supporters that did not purchase season tickets during phase one.
Season tickets may periodically become available, so the contact process may take place over several weeks.
Thank you for your support.

That email first got sent out on Saturday we'll have see when they actually start giving tickets out

Certainly making getting a season ticket difficult.
I do wonder if when the free for all was on if any phase two people managed to buy.
Also I assume that most of the remaining tickets will be singles scattered about so even if people are high on the new list, may well be a fair few dont take em up as they may not want singles...in which case do they go to the back of the list or stay at the front. Like some mad puzzle this

If you bought a season ticket on phase 1 and you were in that phase and it’s on account and conformation email is that your ticket now asking for a mate

That's simile to what I was wondering when it's all over, are those in Phase 1 who didn't get a ST still in the list as priority, or did they go to the back of the list, or even removed from it seeing as they've had a shot at tickets?

suspect so but wouldnt bank on it
the ticketing side of the club has been a shambles at times
as it was a complete balls up I did wonder if they were going to cancel them all and start afresh even

edit.. btw i don't blame the front line staff, they are the ones who get all the shit , its those higher up who clearly arent in touch and doing their jobs properly, and the ticketing platform has been very ropey , the chelsea tickets being a classic example when you could not buy pairs for the first 45 minutes

Aye had conformation last night if you already have one it’s yours and can keep renew and some should be contacted today for phase 1 continued to phase 2

Theres 2 lads next to me in SWC who are friends and have sat there for years. Theres a seat inbetween theirs that is always sold but nobody has ever sat between them.
