Season ticket waiting list

Absolutely m8, I’ve no problems at all with the clubs ticketing policies or staff, in fact I’ll say, in my 57 years of going to watch my team I’ve never had any problems, well none that I haven’t sorted out myself, now I’m assuming you have, but I’m also assuming you’re a grown up so you can sort it out without whinging to total strangers about it, oh hang on….
It’s absolutely impossible to deny that people have genuine issues with ticketing right now that they cannot physically sort themselves. To try and deny that / say it’s not true is completely wrong.

I think some on here just like to be uber controversial.
Most if not all can see it's a complete fcku up by the club

Hence why I will not have any qualms about dropping Safc when the good times inevitably go.
Talking to alot of other pissed off people who have been die hards from other clubs and it's becoming more and more clear that folk are sick of the greed.
It's modern football tbh. I don't want supporters shafted and the club needs to listen to concerns but the Bob Murray very socialist ticket pricing era is long gone and didn't really work anyway as the ground was never full regularly despite him barely raising prices year on year and us having some of the cheapest seats going.

Things are great now. I'm all in.

Those who have been shafted aren't bothered about the prices going up per say. They are happy to pay the increased prices in GA but would like the first dibs at the GA over newbies who have decided they want to attend n ow we are in the prem.
My gripe isnt the price...its the fact they have not recognised my 25+yrs loyalty and deleted them for some reason.

Well that's a fuck up they should rectify and hopefully they do.

January. I should have been phase 1. But something has gone amiss.
What an absolute mess man. Who on earth is in charge on ticketing for this club?

Thank fuck they have nowt to do with recruitment and I'd dare say recruitment would probably do a better job at ticketing anyway!

My suspicion is they’ve done some work on the database and in the process accidentally sent some to the back of the queue by ‘re-joining it’. I blame myself for not committing last season, living out of the area it didn’t seem the right move but…
I was on phase 1, but I noticed the dates could have been wrong so I am on phase 2 also.

Couldn't apply for phase 1, I was just offered the chance to add my name to the waiting list .....again.

I didn’t click on that but I bet anyone who did was also bumped to the back if they were already on it.

I dont actually think there is a waiting list as such.

There are (were) some tickets for sale, and they got sold Monday evening to the few who seemed to have access to the site on a fastest finger first basis.

Nah, how can you blame yourself when last season there was no resale in place so why buy a ST when you wouldn't use it enough?

It’s all on the club due to the way they’re creating so much chaos over various matters that, on paper, should be simple processes.

High probability that's the case.

What's happened to the people who were in this phase 1 that didn't get a season ticket this week. Do they remain as phase 1 or do they have to rejoin the queue?

Any logical business would have said there are say 300 seats available. People in queue position 1-300 get to be phase 1, if all are not taken then 301 is contacted and so on until the seats are all taken.
Anyone in position who chose not to buy are removed from the list and have to rejoin again if they want.

Instead our bunch of knackers pick a random date to create phases and cause a free for all on Monday which no one knows what actually happened and what was sold.

It's actually worked in our favour as our lass managed to get a seat and she didn't sign up till 21st February. Totally not fair on people who signed up before her but we've used the clubs ineptitude to our advantage.

It was just 2 phases like away games just a phase and a free for all and there was still some left at 22.30 last night so people will have got them who joined late as it was just a free for all

f***ing hell, that stuff at City is ridiculous.

My stepdad used to go with my brother when I was working away, but hes a complete technophobe and hasn't been since the brought the digital tickets in.

I think hes at an ahe where he prefers just listening to the radio commentary to be fair so I've not pushed it.

Phase 1 was a farce as the site got locked when still tickets for sale
Yeah they did go of apparently but some could still see but then came back out on the night so they probably are all sold out but phase 2 is today at 5pm so might be more released ?

I honestly think this is what happened to me.

Anyone seeing after about 18:25pm on the monday was looking at a cached version of the site.

I was on from when the page went live at 17:03 got mine after about 10 mins or so deliberating on where I wanted to buy my seat.

Was still seats available in nearly every block of the stadium at 18:15 popped downstairs briefly and at about 18:20 nearly every block had went.

The SEC had probably 100 or so singles. Yet none of them could be purchased without purchasing a junior ST at the same time.

The site then dropped at 18:25 and the waiting list message re-appeared.

It felt like something went wrong at the time. I've not got faith in what people have been told from the TO about it being sold out.

The seats where still going down when he was seeing it after 18.25 and it did go of but then come back on about 22.00 with 72 available to buy was few in north south west and east so that was the updated with 72 left but looks they actually have all gone now

Why would the club claim there is and people were registered on it? Seems some chaos in the mix. I'm not denying that.
