Season ticket waiting list


All a bit unorganised this like.

My conspiracy theory is that the 15k figure was embellished a bit by the club, despite there being ample demand to fill the available c2k seats. (Nobody seemed to have a number above 2.5k when asked on here...)

Next thing we see is the club put those remaining on sale for a period, then took them off sale again (and added a pop up appearing to say "join the waiting list")

So I wonder if this move inflated the waiting list figure as now we have some people stating they're around no c9k on the 'waiting list' (which gets the club closer to the 15k figure...)

Or a meringue. 🤣
 
So there will be thousands logging in at 5 tonight for absolutely no reason ?
Surely Rawa can ask the question today
 
I’m around 2100 in the queue according tot he ticket office when I called them last week, and I haven’t had an email at all about the process since the one when I first signed up to the waiting list back in February. I’ll check the site later today but it’s just a bit weird all around.

They need a proper waiting list where it isn't just a free for all. A proper list where they work down it but I doubt they can be arsed with that. Even if they charged £1 a year to weed out the time wasters.

When the tickets went on sale on Monday at 5pm it was just a free for all no waiting list order. I managed to get 2 tickets within the first 5 minutes I had my 12 year old granddaughter searching for tickets on a tablet while I was on a desktop. I'm 70 this year and quite good on a PC but the granddaughter is like lightning on the tablet and found a good pair of tickets

You should have received a boilerplate email when you first signed up for the list way back when, if you did then if you ring the ticket office they should be able to tell you your place in the line. I'm at 2167 and signed up on the 23rd February, so I'm hoping that I'll at least have a decent chance next year.

I personally dont for one second think we have a waiting list of 15,000 people.

Let’s have it right mate, our fans are fickle as f—k, 30k in L1, 37k in Champ, practically every game this season has had seats for sale up to kick off.
Where does the 15k come from?

They will be introducing a membership scheme for next years waiting list, so I doubt your position in the list will have any relevance. It’s not right mate

You may have read abiut my carry-on last year mate. I was a ST holder since 1992 and they sold my seat to someone else last season - saying I’d cancelled it, which I absolutely hadn’t.
I asked if I could be put to the front of the list then and they refused. They did say I was on it though, which it appears, I’m not.

I put too much on here, slagging them off and I think it became personal.

To the outside world it doesn't even look like anything has been happening as the club have posted nothing about it on social media.

They're clearly hoping all the bad press will just blow over.

It was last summer mate. I contacted them when the thread went up again on here in February to ask if so was on the list and they said I was. It appears I’m not.

I’m really sorry to hear that you’re in the same boat as me. I think it was incompetence initially but since then, active decision making from individual(s).

There are two people at that club that I’ll go out for a drink to celebrate when they depart, which they will. They aren’t us and never will be.
