I sat next to a Leeds season ticket holder on the train to Birmingham yesterday he was going to Exeter he says Leeds only have 23000 season ticket holders so they can fleece the membership scheme with high ticket prices. Even still selling £50 membership for cup semi with a slim chance of ballot for a ticket .He was flagged for a id check for a home game he went to ticket office they said he was under the influence of drink ban him for 3 homes relisted hes ticket for £55 per game. Modern day prem football customers not Fans the bloke was in hes late 50s

He also said you have pay £10 per season to be on there season ticket waiting list which he said was 26000 long free money

Its not massive really when we have 38K ST holders. Some will always die/move/change jobs/go to college/not have enough money. It doesn't mean a whole lot of people have just given up.

I can just imagine them putting a load of renewed seats up for sale. I’m in P1 so knowing my luck they’ve probably sold mine on to some YouTuber.

Even though I've had a season ticket for 30+ years i always get a bit uneasy at renewal and seat move time.. I decided to move mine and my boys seat last week but still check my account every day to make sure ive still got the seats for next season!

I don’t blame you, I’ve done the same once or twice like just to make sure. Nothing is off the table with the way the ticket office works.

Direct debit plans available for existing season ticket holders .

New season ticket holder is offered a different contract which requires payment up front.

Quite simple to understand really.

New season ticket holders have always had the option in the past.

For the people in phase 1, did you get an email to click a link to log on or just tried your luck?

The only email I received came a few days ago explaining what and when the two phases were. I could see from the dates that I had qualified for phase 1 by two days.

In the run up to 5pm I was logged in and clicking on men’s season tickets every few seconds. A couple of minutes after 5pm the screen changed to let me click to buy tickets. Pretty much every block in the ground was bright red so available. Thanks to some superstar poster on here putting screenshots up of seats that were going to available I clicked straight on P1 to select one of the pairs available. I have paid for them up front by credit card but at present they are both allocated to me instead of me and my wife. We are both over 65 so the category of ticket is correct for both of us. I have used the submit a request form to ask the club to allocate one to my wife who has a membership number just like me.

But they don’t have the sheer number of concession tickets that we do.
