Season ticket waiting list

Putting one is right. They'll wait until after renewals to see how many tickets are available. If they contact you, you could say you need the one but would like to move the other seats so you're all together. Really doubt there'll be 5 together anywhere though, would probably need to split the group up
There's always two behind me empty. I'm hoping we get lucky!
I was concerned that the original list i was on from last year or so might have been scrapped, and that's why I added my name again. With it being geeks as a new platform, did it all start again? When I added my name again today it didn't say I was on already.
Doubt anything crossed over due to GDPR. Plus this is 26/27 so looks like a new list. They probably should have advertised it better.. altho less who know better for those who are on the pulse maybe lol

They should because they said people would get tickets on a chronological basis. So new signers will jump ahead of those on tge old list. With those on that old list assuming , like me initially, that as they were on the old list nothing needs to be done. I did so just to see if I could get on the list. I got an email confirming I am now on the list.

What shoukd have happened obviously was tge old listers shoukd have been moved on to the new list. Or at least emailed us to say re register.

I wonder if the ticket office can sort through this and put people on the fair order now?

By chronological order I assumed they meant starting with the people who went on before the season started, but it's badly communicated tbh. When season tickets sold out, it was pretty obvious there wouldn't be many/ any for this season after that date. So if I'd gone onto a waiting list I'd have expected it to mean I was first in line whether a ticket came up 25/26 or the next season after. If everyone who signed up at the start of the season is now off the list they need to tell them that. And if the list continues from earlier, again let people know so they don't think they have to join twice. Hope you get sorted with whichever of the lists they're going with!

They need to start selling the tickets at the front of the away end.

Would free up a few hundred more tickets in the home end as we could move the away end further along.
Don’t see why they don’t just start doing it, and any team whose fans hoy owt down get their allocation next time they are here slashed to 1,000. They’ll soon learn, and in the meantime it would open up 2,000 extra tickets for us. Win win.

Just put my name on the list.

Our ever efficient Ticket Office just sent me this message:

You have secured a place on our 2025-26 season ticket waiting list.

We've been told if away fans do that again, sections of the stadium will be closed, away allocations reduce or a huge fine. That's why they don't want to run the risk

The club must have kept a row free behind me in SWC because there’s always different people sitting in them, majority of people try their luck and just sit wherever.. Sick of telling the same kids they’re in my seat everytime I walk up🙃

Seems unfair to me when the root cause is people not from the area coming up and behaving like twats. Hasn’t happened for years either. I don’t know how keeping the balcony area empty helps tbh either, it’s only a few rows high so really if anyone still wanted to hoy something they easily could. From my spot in the South Stand I don’t think a flare was ever thrown from the balcony part as well, you’d see them sail down from much further up.

It's our fans aswell throwing things, like a bingo dabber, blow up animal, and bolied sweets iirc

It was definitely further back from Pompey, a couple were thrown and I saw both. I can’t remember Coventry but I doubt it was from the front as they would have been identified straight away.
In this league, people value their loyalty points too much to do daft stuff like that whereas in The Championship, there was a lot of day-trippers taking advantage of the big allocations.

Blow up animal? One of our fans hoyed a blow up animal? Not heard that before. I can’t imagine we throw things any more than fans across other grounds do? E.g. the occasional one off idiot.
