Season Ticket Tracker 2023-24

Ive just got through to the ticket office by phone...as i wanted to change my season ticket seats.

it was a bit of a wait to get through, but persevered. Once through, they could not have been nicer or more helpful. Apologised for the delay, processed my seat change over the phone with no fuss, even had a bit of small talk and a chuckle. Checked, and the change has gone through on my account.

They explained that the release of seats is due to continued non-payment of DD, and that season e-cards would be emailed out by the end lf the month. Sounds pretty reasonable to me on both counts.

I didnt ask about arrangments for those who couldnt use the digital folder thingy. I guess that will come when the etickets are issued via email, along with guidance elsewhere.

Nothing like a real person to help you through a process. But i guess, like everywhere these days, costs mean pushing customers through the automated channel is the approach until the last resort.

So they missed both DD payments, seems fair

Given their alternative to an nfc device being a mate with an nfc device they might be a lot more becoming available !

Shambles of a club and outright lying about an alternative being available when seeking fans renewal

Heard a few cases of people's direct debits not coming out, and they've tried to contact the club numerous times but had no response. Hope this isn't the case with these hundreds of released seats.

The DD option has had issues for years. I just pay it off now cos the amount of times they never even attempted to take a payment (even showed proof from the bank!) but then just kept saying it was the bank refusing it.

Mallorca tickets are on now. Still got those seats in the south stand blanked out for whatever reason. Only got half of east stand south east and a bit of south stand available as well
Reasonable pricing as well. 10 for adults. 5 for everyone else.

Yeah....frustrating when this happens. Not just for season tickets....but any dd payment. Bottom line for me is never to trust the payments to go through...and do a monthly check of all my bills to be sure all is in order. No doubt id get the blame if there was a problem. Nightmare.

An underhand shabby way to treat Holders who have had SCs for decades.

0371 911 1973 is the main number. I believe its normal rate. (I hope).

Various other numbers go to same line...0191 551 5264, 551 5004, 551 5161.

line gets cut off after the message. In my experience from about 1600. Also gets cut off before 1000. I was lucky and got put on hold today about 1030ish....and was on hold for a while before they picked up....about 30 mins wait. From this i deduce that they do actually answer when they are manning the phones...i.e. after 10am....but that they are busy.

No worse than calling a bank or mobile phone operator etc

Good to hear mate, I’ve personally always found the ticket office staff a pleasure and very easy to deal with. Makes it all the more baffling we kept it closed for so long and seem to want to make it difficult at times for fans to get through to them.

Should I have received my digital ticket by now or do I need to contact the club? My DD has come out successfully.
