Season Ticket Tracker 2023-24

Nonsense. Every club has idiots.

Both clubs are well supported but Sunderland are regionally supported and Leeds draw support nationally.

If Leeds and Sunderland played in a cup final and hypothetically the stadium was a 1 million capacity, and each club had 500k allocation, Leeds would definitely take more than Sunderland anywhere in the country.
Haha, you could barely sell out when you had a decent team in the 70’s, always been a rugby league town, my parents had tickets in the Leeds end in 73, absolute myth you have are big club, decent away support I’ll grant you when all you have to sell is 3k but home support has always been disappointing considering the size of city and catchment area

I’ve read some mental stuff on this board I’ve r the years but this is up there with the top bullshit that I would put on mag level of delusional!!!

You are seriously suggesting If safc and Leeds played in a cup final (league, fa cup, anything European wise would be a ridiculous statement at the minute ) and both clubs were handed 1 million tickets that Leeds would take more than us ???

What makes u so arrogant that u think this ???

Apart from the last few years Leeds home crowds have been pretty shocking numbers wise compared to ours.
That can’t be disputed !!
U had nearly 20 years out of the premier league and never got near our average last Season.

Not 100% sure on this but I’d bet We have sold more season tickets up to now this than you’re average home gate over the last decade before the premier league few years.

I couldn't take this serious as soon as I saw sunderland supported regionally 😂

Wow 😂😂😂😂

Sunderland also has international support thick as whale spunk,

Here’s one for you if Leeds are so confident of selling more etc why have you not extended your ground 😂😂😂😂

Block head.

I’m still in shock here.

I couldn’t either, but then it’s all hypothetical for us.

He’s an ex pro and wants his kids to experience proper football as much as they can. Fair play to him imo.
That makes it kind of different . There's a motive there beyond the club allegiance. We need the next generation of fans to get the proper match experience and want more of it in preference to sitting in front of a screen. If that means going somewhere you might not do otherwise, you might as well aim for the highest quality you can access.

When they went in to league one their average attendance decreased by 3,000 after one season where as ours stayed the same. They averaged crowds of 21-23k from 05/06 to 18/19. They never filled their ground in league one or the championship. Yes good away support. But their support isn't as good as ours. Even in 1973. Their were more sunderland in the ground and all you can hear is sunderland when you watch it back.
