Lost Wigan, Blackpool and Reading who have small followings.
Gained Sheff Wed and Ipswich. Plus we’re 4k up on last season. Easily get to 45k.

Another season up the top could definitely see 45k like.
It’s class to see that 40k should be the baseline for every attendance though. Wish the season would hurry up and start. Bored now.
Unless they come up with a plan regarding segregation then the capacity is only 46k

That’s class that. So if away fans had moved down, the lower bowl would already be virtually sold out every game

Sales are up on last season when we averaged 39,000, plus we have some bigger visiting clubs who will sell more away tickets (Leeds and Sheff Wed). I reckon we are looking at an average easily over 40,000 and probably 41,000+Next biggest ground in the EFL (Leeds) only holds 37k
Some good transfer business and a good start in the league and god knows.

A lot of those 39,000 are possibly the ones that bought match by match tickets, seen how well we were playing and have now purchased season cards.

Whatever the reasons people have for renewing -it’s very good support after the years of misery -maybe the green shoots of recovery and good style of play have persuaded many to return …long may it continue as if one comes back always the chance they bring a “ new “ fan with them.

36 sold yesterday. Just over 4K higher than last year. Sales over the last 5 days have slowed and are much lower than the same period last year. The early bird prices have obviously tempted people.
