They just get you through to Ticketmaster staff not people in the Ticket Office.

Ticket Master are useless and can't do anything except the most basic renewal service.
If anything needs adjusting/changing they simply say contact the Ticket Office by email.

Still waiting for them to ring me from an email on 20th March

Direct debits automatically renew unless you tell them you no longer want a season ticket.

Mine still sitting in my login asking me to renew ( but states I'm on auto). Just thought had to be done by 28th .

Wednesday they are start processing them, that's why ticket office is closed on Wednesday for a month

I just had the e mail saying I e renewed and renewed the bairns as an under 18.

Despite me going on to the drop down and changing it to an Under 16, his date of birth is on his account (shows he’s not 16 until June 2025 so after the end of next season) ffs. 105 quid instead of 55.

Looks like I’ll be playing ticket office phone roulette tomorrow.
