Season card - No Auto Renew

Has anyone managed to renew an under 18 ticket that they were previously unable to because of the error “You are not entitled to purchase the Season Ticket at this Price Type Your selected price type isn't available in this block”.
Did you get sorted marra?

Mine went through 11ish on Monday, but the lads under 18 took a few hours longer - 3ish.

Finally got a reply about the prices being shown to me after submitting via Ask SAFC for a second time.

They don't have a record of my ticket or my son's being held since before this season, but they do have a 'longstanding' record for my nephew, who's ticket I also buy and have done since he started coming with us in 19/20. Not sure how they've managed that.

Luckily I have 23/24 and 24/25 digital cards archived so I can screenshot and I can probably find confirmation of older in my emails because we had physical cards before that. It's just shit to be told I have to prove it when it's their mistake.
Resolved now. Comes out £100 cheaper. Wonder how many have just paid that without knowing about the pricing tiers.

Same here although fortunately I've got the email they sent saying they'd auto renewed my ticket for the 23/24 season. Mind you I'm still expecting that they'll say it doesn't prove I had one in 22/23.
I know one thing. After having had my season ticket for 47 years I'm not leaving that office until it's sorted.

Good going that mate, and I bet these digital tickets and banded pricing when their records are shot to bits are making it easier than ever 😂

I got it sorted today mate. I filled out another online request after not hearing anything from the first one I completed and within about half an hour I got a reply to advise to try again and whatever they’d done had sorted and renewed no bother 👍

I went to the ticket office today and I got sorted ...... EVENTUALLY. It was a classic case of ' computer says no' and along with the fact that they were charging me full whack when I'd had my ticket since the year dot SeatGeek were also saying our seats weren't available.
Anyway to cut a long story short it was sorted out thanks to Karen who was absolutely brilliant and has the patience of a saint.
 
Anybody help or had the same problem..tried to renew mine and the lad's who is under 14 but when I get get to proceed to checkout page the lad's is showing as ticket for under 18

Phoned the ticket office and got through straight away..he's classed as under 18 cos his 14th birthday falls before 1st August and no under 16 category now
