Season card - No Auto Renew


Not sure how they will do it but I suspect it may even be after the waiting list get their turn so likely to be very few options to move to (if any)
Aye i don’t want to wait too long incase I miss out, just wanted to see what other options there was. Looks like I’ll be staying put, haway the extension :lol:

Looks like it’s the generic one that everyone got. No mention of anything regarding the DD in it.
Might call into the ticket office tomorrow after work and see what the crack is with it.
Like you say it’s poor form from the club.
They could’ve stuck some FAQ’s up on the website !
aye, that's the same one we all got. like you say it doesn't clarify anything about what to do about folk who have signed up for the dd scheme. tbh, we usually always do it that way but decided to pay in full for next season.
 
Renewal done. Couldn't have been easier, took around 30 seconds and about 4 mouse clicks. However, luckily my ticketing affairs are very straightforward, nee kids in the mix etc. Best of luck to anyone with issues.
 
Has anyone managed to re-renew yet?
I received the email which did not include the line about being able to re-renew after 5pm today.
Tried to re-renew last night, but my new (2026-2027) season ticket is still showing as renewed, so therefore unable to renew.
Will try after 5pm to see if that makes a difference!!
How many cock-ups in one transaction?????

I’ve just tried re-newing, new ST has disappeared from my purchase history window. Tried redoing DD details but saying bank details not accepted. Will try after 5pm, if it still won’t accept DD I’ll try debit card payment instead.

Has anyone managed to renew an under 18 ticket that they were previously unable to because of the error “You are not entitled to purchase the Season Ticket at this Price Type Your selected price type isn't available in this block”.

Yeah - for me it was sorted a few hours later on the first day of renewal

If you are still having issues I suspect you may to get the TO to sort
 
Not sure if this has been clarified on here .
I purchased the season tickets for two people last year so have three on my account . Since that date I’ve sold back one ticket and one of the other lads has sold 3 tickets . ( match day)
It now appears on my account as though I have £123 credit . When we go to buy this years tickets , will I get 31 off my ticket and the other lad £93 or is it all lumped onto my account ?
 
Finally got a reply about the prices being shown to me after submitting via Ask SAFC for a second time.

They don't have a record of my ticket or my son's being held since before this season, but they do have a 'longstanding' record for my nephew, who's ticket I also buy and have done since he started coming with us in 19/20. Not sure how they've managed that.

Luckily I have 23/24 and 24/25 digital cards archived so I can screenshot and I can probably find confirmation of older in my emails because we had physical cards before that. It's just shit to be told I have to prove it when it's their mistake.
