Season card - No Auto Renew

Posh seats emails on hold at moment as email server is overloaded as it's sending out emails to the red section fans telling them about the incorrect price and ST purchase being cancelled and they need to purchase again but then having to send a 2nd one correcting the first one telling them they've got to wait until Monday 🤪 🤣
By which time...monday.....theyll have sold ya seat.
Honestly anything is possible

I am also an UBER fan in U5, originally quoted as £661.50 but today received email saying this is incorrect.
Away at present so cannot logon to re-renew, am I correct in thinking this will be £715??
not sure how much it'll be but the lad who sits next to me 'phoned earlier and said he'd had his money refunded and got an email explaining the situation. it's a bit of a shitshow like. same as everything that involves those who work in offices nowadays really.

Dear Supporter,
Thank you for renewing your season ticket for the 2026-27 campaign.
Unfortunately, following the start of the sales window, we have identified a pricing error that affected several purchases, including your renewal.
This was due to human error, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused by this. Due to this, we aren’t able to honour the purchase at that incorrect price.
As set out in our Ticketing Terms and Conditions, the Club must cancel and refund transactions made with a clear pricing error.
A full refund will be returned to your original payment method within five working days, and your seat will remain reserved for you until 11 April, giving you priority to repurchase at the correct price from 5PM on Monday 2nd March.
We know this isn’t the level of service you expect, and we’re taking steps internally to prevent this from happening again.
If you’d like to talk to us, our Ticketing Team is here to help on 0371 911 1973 or via ASKSAFC.com.
Thank you for your understanding — and for your continued support.
Kind regards,
Sunderland AFC Ticket Office
Absolute shit show.

Amateur hour.

So have people under or over paid on these season ticket refunds?
Under so they've been contacted as getting refunded and they need to buy it again. This may actually end up with some not wanting to pay more, yet if they'd been shown the correct price in the 1st place probably would have renewed.

The other issue is people like you that have been overcharged. In your case, you were charged full price of £615 like glory supporter in error. As you only got a part ST last season then really you should have been classed as a 2023er and charged £571, whereas the ubers pay £551.

You were the one who initiated the contact with the club. I'm yet to see anyone saying the club have contacted them because they've overpaid. I think this is possibly a little more difficult to fix the undercharging.

What's concerning is that it seems some fans have had to show the club evidence they've had a ST for a period of time but surely you'd expect the club to know that. If they don't then how can the run a check to see what errors they've made? Just how many fans were overcharged and how many are unaware and possibly won't find out until maybe they're at the match and discuss it with others around them?

Been charged 660 instead of 715
Oof

One thing for sure is they’ve made an absolute mess again on season tickets

@Tony_Montana1981 was it you that paid your renewal then realised you might have been overcharged?

If so have the club been as forthcoming refunding and recharging you?

Edit: found you got sorted so that's good. Hopefully they have for others in your boat without having to contact them!
