Season card - No Auto Renew

I'm in that scenario, seems I've renewed at the blue price when I'm in red. So waiting for them to email about it. It's frustrating and I'll have a go at them about is as I'm now going to be £135 out of pocket across 2 season cards through no fault of my own. I just hope they actually contact me and don't just cancel our cards without notification and then sell to someone else. With the way they (mis)handled this whole process anything is possible.
But that’s not the price you should have paid? Aye it’s a mistake but you’re not out of pocket.

Fair point, I worded it badly. What I should have said was I clicked on the link that the club told me to click on to renew and agreed to pay the price they said was personalized to both me and my son. My in laws (pensioners) wanted to pay for my sons and they were over the moon when I told them how much it was on Monday. It appears now, due to no fault of my own that the price was wrong for his ticket, by £90, I’m not going to ask them to pay that as I don’t think it’s right to do so, so I’ll have to pay it, therefore I’m now out of pocket. Whether the price is wrong or not the point still stands that the club sent me a renewal and I’d agreed that price by clicking the renew button.

Get your point but made me laugh out of pocket cos you cant stiff the pensioner in laws for the outstanding balance 🤣

How do you get hold of a price structure for the upcoming season?(including concessionary prices) .Its not on the website!Ive renewed at the price suggested but because of the above ....how do i tell if its correct?

thats the problem...there isnt one

I've been thinking about this loyalty pricing and while I get it, I do think there are some anomalies. For example, under 14's being charged a higher price depending on length of ticket when a lot of that might be about them being too young to have had a season ticket 4 years ago seems a bit harsh.

Same with mine. Youngest didn't get his first one until 23/24 as he wasn't old enough.

For some strange reason the club haven’t released one. If they had 95% of this thread wouldn’t exist, it’s a very odd decision by the club.
I agree it is strange and probably they have made it too complicated for a simple table. However that is no reason to keep it secret.

for info, I went down yesterday. about a 20 minute wait in the queue.

over 66, holder for years, £391.50
under 14 holder for years £126
both L17

i think the bespoke pricing is a good idea and rewards those who stuck with it but i don't think they particularly wanted to openly advertise the price differences to avoid people complaining on fairness etc. and now they're going to have to anyway because they've ballsed it up

I’ll be in the same boat as this. I have zero faith in the club being able to apply common sense. I have no emails from previous years and don’t have the same accounts.

My loyalty points are my only hope 🤦‍♂️
Yeah I noticed someone earlier said they had to show there old season pass from phone wallet, this is something I don't have.
Same as you say though we have loyalty points going back to Bristol City which was sthe first away back in the Championship so hopefully that should be enough proof we had season tickets then.

I think I've figured out why I haven't got the full loyalty allocation.
I've just been onto my ticketing page and when you select the History section you can filter by season tickets. When I've done that it's showing as though myself and the kids didn't have a season ticket for last season for some reason (all the other seasons are showing).
So hopefully that should be a fairly easy one to prove.

I understand that they might have worried that it would be too difficult to list prices for areas and then at different tiers. But if they'd done the usual EB prices in each category based on those who have only bought from June 25 then announced a tiered percentage saving based on length of "service", most of us could have worked out our own prices and helped those that couldn't.

Yea my U22 is sat there but when try to renew it says price category not available or something 🤔. Ive emailed the ticket office to see what's going on.
Response from club saying they have refreshed their systems and it should now allow me to renew both tickets.

Ive logged in and my price has gone down. Which is a bonus in itself.

Same. I ve sussed it out from your post - thank you. The season card for 2024-2025 is not showing on my history profile so in effect I am being priced up as a Premier League newbie. Emailed TO with Google wallet screenshots- hopefully will get sorted.

So is it only those in red East Stand who have been changed wrong? those in the blue areas ok?

all a bit confusing like
Aye looks like it

Anyone that has questions over the cost it’s worthwhile getting in touch with the club.

They’ve responded to my lovely email and lowered the cost from £615 to £571
How long have you been a ST holder though? That £615 was for a GLORY supporter as many have been overcharged. The £570 is for the 2023'ers and it was £550 for the UBERs
