I am in U4 and renewed at £661. I have not heard anything to the contrary. Like me you should have a confirmation email clearly stating your renewal, price and direct debit etc. I reckon there will be a few hundred in the same boat. Wouldn’t worry about it

I am awaiting a response on ask SAFC for a few things.
I’ve got a price for only having a ticket this season. Been in same seat for 2 seasons including this one. I was in my previous seat for 2 seasons in the north including them shifting me for the scum derby game. I have loyalty points for the seasons included in maximum loyalty for sold out small allocation aways. I have zero faith in them

My confirmation email has the payment plan payments on, I’ve checked it and it’s still for the value of £661. I don’t think they could just change a financial agreement without contacting the customer first like.

Just had a look at our 3 ST's. We are in area P1 in PC , Mine as an OAP 376.50 and the two Gkids as u18's £231.50 each. Can some one confirm they are correct prices for current long term ST holders please ?

Is that the payment plan mate you took out and not the direct debit plan? Just asking as my confirmation e-mail doesn't have my direct debit payment dates on. Just says 'direct debit' and the amount. It has the payment dates on my safc account like.

Yours is right but u18 should be £166.50 if you have had full STs since first season back in Championship

Yeah payment plan mate with £0 upfront, so it’s essentially the same as the direct debit. It’s scheduled 6 payments of £110.25 = £661.50.

This. Kids have been charged 2nd tier loyalty price as it should be the £165 + £1.50 fee. Have kids ever moved seats, changed Supporter ID, changed age band in recent years? Although not certain, these are possibly the reasons why the wrong renewal price has been shown.
Regardless you will have to contact ASKSAFC, go to ticket office or just wait it out until these incorrect prices are addressed by the club if you're in no rush to do it immediately.

They've automated the loyalty tiers to accounts but unfortunately some haven't been allocated correctly. I'm sure in time they will be corrected but will the club contact those who've possibly paid too much but to do that they'll have to fix whatever method they used to sort them in the first place.
They could just show the 3 price tables to make it whole lot easier as I think the majority would accept the price increase so why so secretive, especially as most of the prices have been posted anyway?

I've just done my mates and his grandson. Selected direct debit, uncompleted the mandate, but I don't think it has took it as installments. I think it will be a one off payment.

No, just the confirmation email when I did mine on a Payment plan, showed six payments. The one I got for my mates, just showed one amount.Of course the club haven't published a list. It's another bright idea of theirs

Just been to the ticket office, they confirmed an error of East stand prices. Price published Mon night was incorrect, price showing on your account is now correct, anyone buying Monday night will be contacted and charged the extra amount. Ask why no statement or apologies issued and was told not our department to do that

Same here. My confirmation email says "direct debit" & the payment dates and amounts are shown in my SAFC online ticket account.
