Season card - No Auto Renew

My boys renewal states its under 14, but when we go in to complete the purchase its coming up as Under 18? Wont let me change the drop down box - anyone else had this?

But which is it meant to be???

My bairns shows u14 on 1st page, then u18 on drop down. But that's cos she's gone from u14 last season to u18 this

Went on last night to renew mine (Personal Assistant) and my brothers. Getting an error message saying "At least one Disabled price type must be selected with the Personal Assistant Price Type" but it doesn't let me select anything in the drop downs and just shows 'Adult' and 'Personal assistant'

It has also gone from £661.50 last night to £716.50 this morning.

Is anyone else having this issue with the PA ticket?

Not sure if I'm honest mate - I always thought there was a cut off date for the age categories but I cant find it anywhere which is confusing me a bit.

Ours sounds the same as yours, however, I always thought the age bracket tickets included the specified age - so essentially if he's still 14 when the season starts, he'd qualify for the u14 ticket. That could be my misinterpretation though.

That's interesting, I'm in P1. Last season it was 714, now it's 748. This is for an Adult and child ticket (10 years old). I thought that seemed too little of an increase, not that i'm complaining!

I'm on Android, took a screenshot of ticket but you can't screenshot shot the QR code, when I click on the small QR code at the top it opens it up.

Just for info as I saw a few messages on here having the same issue as I was last night.

When trying to renew mine and my son's (U18) season ticket, the error "You are not entitled to purchase the Season Ticket at this Price Type" was showing and couldn't continue on the U18.

It has been fixed and it now allows the renewal.

Hope that helps a few.

Yes, I have the same message. I assume I will need to take current disabled/AA documents to the office. Maybe not today. No idea of new price as this year it was a free over 85 one.

I logged on yesterday and price was £661, couldn't decide if I wanted to pay over six months or get the points on my CC, went back on today and its gone up to £716.50

What block and age group are you in and when did you first get a ST?

You an adult in U4//U5/U6 that's has a ST since 2022?

Looks like sizeable amount of people were undercharged.

If anyone sits in a red area - P3 P4 P9 P10 P11 L18 L19 U4 U5 U6 and was charged £661.50, that amount is incorrect and should have been £716.50. Not sure if the club/seatgeek are allowed to come back for the rest or not

Had season tickets every season since league 1 with my 2 boys. Mine is saying £616.50, 15 year old £231.50 & 11 year old £131.50. We sit in SEC. Prices I'm seeing for others seem quite a bit less than mine, surely these aren't priced with the "loyalty discounted".

Canny loyalty, wife's adult, mine pensioner and granddaughter u14 all gone up about 20% each. Roughly £165.
