Season card - No Auto Renew

Scandalous they aren't publishing a price list like. How are people expected to know they are paying the right price?

My mate who sits with us renewed straight away yesterday only to find his price is much higher than the rest of us. Looks like they haven't applied the loyalty discount because he moved one seat along a couple of seasons back.

A bloke sitting on his own would have no clue he didn't have the right price.

Mine is available to do the age thing now. However the price is wrong or they will say it’s right and I’m not renewing if they don’t. Treating me as a new holder for this season only. Did the ask SAFC thing and have said if I was only a season ticket holder this season how have I got loyalty points for Middlesbrough away the last 3 seasons. I await my rejection
I'm sure you'll get it sorted Hank, at least most issues seem linked to a particular area e.g. age brackets and these random price selections are few or potentially linked to Seat moves which should be sorted quickly.

What's this loyalty thing? I've had a Season Ticket since 22/23, but I've been charged the standard price. Maybe I don't qualify?

Lets me buy mine but won’t let my partner buy hers, says it’s occupied contact ticket office, and we know how easy that is. Why is supporting this club such a problem? I think I’m starting to understand why my grandfather gave up and started to go to Bishop Auckland instead!

@ATTACK ATTACK ATTACK has made a very helpful one on here though if you check back a few pages

Get your mate to contact the club via ask safc as seems a few have been impacted by this moving seat thing

I chose the direct debit option though I suppose on the other one where it says down option you could pay a higher amount now and less over month later

Wasn't the last scheme 4 payments
Nah sure I paid over 6 this year. I moved from the east stand to west and thought last year seemed high. Id need to check though as not 100% sure.

Must admit, whilst they should be commended for doing something to recognise loyalty (could have just put all current season ticket holders up to the higher price), they're definitely spinning it as more than it is. It's still yet another price rise, of which there's been a lot in the last few years. People also cling to the "we're one of the cheapest season tickets going", which I'm pretty sure isn't the case any more. Tricky to compare (some will have cheaper tickets but very few of them etc) but I'm sure we're pretty much middle of the road now

Whilst we're investing and improving it's very hard to criticise and I still think the tickets are relatively good value (about £35 a game for me and the bairn to watch us in the PL) but I hope they don't plan on continuing to raise prices every season

I don't think a 20% rise is rewarding loyalty at all.
As i said before, it's just a means to eventually push everyone towards paying the top price.

Have you moved seats or changed an age band? As system appears to be counting people whove made changes as new starters

The standard price jumped quite a bit once we were promoted. Think in my area it went from £460 to £580.
So the ubers, even though from season to season its up £90, its also a £30 discount from the standard PL price, as last season they benefited from paying the championship price.
I was expecting mine to be £580 rather than £550

£716 for me in U5. I had a half season ticket in 21/22. In 22/23 I paid £435 for context.

I know I'm in the expensive seats but I'm very much upset that this. We live in the poorest region in the country. It will price many out of renewing now.
£266 this season in the yellow wall at Dortmund with all CL home games included.

We're ripped off in this country at various levels. But people just keep paying so there isn't going to be a change.

My 1st year as a ST holder, the ticket was purchased March / April time not knowing whether we’d be in the PL or Championship.
I think we'll see further backtracking or clarification from the club today, it seems quite a few have fallen into the wrong category. Doesn't help they've been opaque with the pricing and we've been having to try and piece together the evidence from here and Facebook.

I'm no data scientist but I assume they have migrated the past few seasons' history so should be able to prove continuity if challenged. But for this process, someone somewhere has used a data point such as 'seat held since DD/MM/YYYY' which has inadvertently shafted movers.

I don't tend to delete emails hence I was able to get previous renewal prices for NS/SS fairly easily but the others in that table a few pages back game from the various screen snips people have taken over the past 4 years. What's confused matters is that there's a lot of FB and Twitter posts where people are quoting previous season prices that never existed. Appreciate when it's 12 months ago and/or put through DD, people won't necessarily remember the exact figure.

For some reason those in U5 also got the same, yet others in Premier red are getting the higher prices as they went from £620 to £715. If it is £660 then for some reason those sections in the East stand have a far lower increase by £ and percentage to the other bands.

I explained more in this post as I've seen the £715, £750 and £815 prices mentioned

That prices ties in as what I'd expect for the E/W red prices based on the other increase for orange and blue. See this post for example but maybe @Ferryhill Exile is in West stand and it's the East stand that is cheaper?

The queue number looks to be irrelevant as it loads the ticketing within seconds so it's just because the queue system is still active. It's just how many times the page has been loaded by the looks of things as I opened it on 2 browser, the first is #41184 and the 2nd #41185

If there is an actual queue with loads trying to get on at the same time then further down it shows number of users ahead of you and how long the wait will be. This is why it shows "It's your turn" in the 1st image below and "Number of users in queue ahead of you: 1" in the 2nd image as it's next as it's the only 2 browser looking at it.

I’m red in Premier Concourse, so you might be right.

Would be nice to know I haven’t overpaid because we shifted over a block two seasons ago!
