Not all like. My lass moved seats and hers came up the same as mine at the 550. Probs worth leaving a few days for them to iron out these issues

Having an issue with my nephew's season ticket renewal..

He has an U18 ticket as he's 15 and obviously not gonna turn 18 during the next season, so is there any reason why it says the following when I attempt to renew it?
"You are not entitled to purchase the Season Ticket at this Price Type'"

Waited a few minutes, got logged in and renewed two tickets on the direct debit scheme, received the confirmation email all in 5 minutes.

One ticket resale given as credit against the total.

Quick and painless.

Ah right. For me son whose 18 in Nov says hes not eligible for under 18 ticket and wont let me go further. So i basically need to change his to an under 22 ticket?

My lad turns 18 in Sept. His ticket was already there as a U22 for renewal

2 x u14s and wife had part season tickets last season inchampionship in North Stand. Kids are up to £131.50 and the wife's is £616.50. Not sure if this is correct?

Mine is £551.50 but had mine forever

Going to give it a few days before renewing to see if mistakes have been made.

That’s what I read on here but it definitely shows the credit and the lower nett amount. So it should mind.

You can set up the payment plan of six monthly payments, takes the first payment 1st May, so you don’t have to pay anything straight away

Was it all done under the same membership number?
