My mate had a part season ticket last season and got charged the higher price.

This certainly seems to be the issue so could possibly affect loads. Some may not even realise when they get their renewal price and just pay the higher price as the club hasn't released a price table.

They should really as it's only 3 price tables instead of one and therefore fans can check they're being charged the correct amount. Could they not have also said which band people are in also?

All of us had STs longer than the loyalty period. Only difference is I moved my seat in the summer (literally by 1 seat after my son dropped out and I didn't want to leave a gap in the middle of us).

I've submitted a case on the website. Let's see if they fix this.

Same situation for me, lad just turned 14 this week, so were going to have to wait until they fix it.

This is what I've seen so far and I've got most of the 3 year or more ST discount prices and they've gone up around 20%. It's a similar £'s increase for those in N/S as it it for E/W so not as much a % increase for adults/OAPS in E/W but the U14 has gone up 32%. Owt in grey I'm not sure about,

Premier league U14 EB 2026 £131.50 so up £6.50.

All done and dusted. Was relatively easy. Brother's having trouble as wont let me nephew renew as an U18 despite being 17 in August. Always glitches

E & W premium is probably £810 or £815 going on the % increase on the other 2

It’s happened to a friend of mine who’s been a ST for years but because he changed seats last season has been quoted a higher renewal price.
 
anyone help me with logging on, I have forgotton password so when i press the forgotton password button it asks for my email, i put it in and it doesnt send an email just straight to a page where i need to put verification code, email again and password but the f***ing howers not sending me a verification code

Ah right. For me son whose 18 in Nov says hes not eligible for under 18 ticket and wont let me go further. So i basically need to change his to an under 22 ticket?
 
Abysmal as usual. Another season and another trip to the ticket office to sort out their mess. £616.50 up from £460 last year in the South Stand. 34% increase. Season ticket held there for the last 14 years. Moved one seat over this season and put down as a Premier League tourist in renewals. FFS

Problem with stuff like this is people aren't going to know they're in the wrong pricing if they aren't on here.

Some might cancel thinking its too high and some will just pay it.
