My lad turns 18 end of March and goes into under 22 catergory next season, so must be at time the season starts, i'm assuming mate?

Interesting that P21, P22 and P23 aren't greyed out. They've been away end/segregation for bigger followings.

Does mean they are sorting out putting away fans in the front 5 rows from next season @Becs?

Did you have any issues renewing in the new price category? I tried to renew mine and my sons online, my son moves from U18 to U22 next season but it threw an error up for his that said he was unable to renew because its wasn't the correct category of ticket.
I've emailed the ticket office but just wondered if anyone else had experienced this?

Nah no bother at all, it just went straight through with the other two adult tickets I was renewing.

My son had one for around 9 years last season he had a banking issue and couldnt contact them getting no reply . Eventually lost his seat so hsd to go get a part season ticket at Xmas time . 8 and a half years season ticket his is going up to 616 compared to my 551 . Not really rewarding loyalty is it

Nah won't be. I moved seats last summer and got full discounts

But then weve got an new IT system in place this year, so it probably is the reason

Is South Stand U38 now adult category only? As system not allowing me to renew my son who's moving from u18 to u22.

It looks like they haven’t done robust testing, especially around kids moving into different age categories, before releasing the renewals.

Thankfully we, and they, have til 11th April to sort it out.

It’s just a pity they keep shooting themselves in the foot with one of the most important & emotive things for fans.

What's going on with the loyalty pricing? We've been going since League One and it's giving me a price of £616.50 from £450 last season. Is that right?

Aye, I've got an issue with mine. I've been a season ticket holder for donkeys, he's only had his this season and it throws an error when I try to renew the pair, presumably because I get the discount and he won't qualify. I then log into his account and just try and renew his and it says his seat is already taken. Bloody frustrating, looks like I'll have to take time off and go to the ticket office.

Yep me mate. "You are not entitled to purchase the Season Ticket at this Price Type'" when trying to renew an U18 season ticket for my daughter.

Mine has gone from £590 to £615 (plus bf £1.50) so only around 6% increase.

Pretty happy with that tbh.
