You are F*****g joking man lol. Really? Dont tell me we are doing what some London clubs have done and increased the concession age in line with state pensions?? There is no reason on earth why they have to tie the two together other than greed. Some away clubs (maibly championship i think) start OAP prices at 60. Its up to us at what age we offer concessions.

They are. Was said in the latest fans meeting, started for 27/28 renewals.

The play-off final was 65 for us but only 60 for Sheff Utd. I was tempted to write a stern letter to the club about it.
 
Well I missed that news. Not been a good couple of days lol. It just annoys the hell out of me what they do with some of the pricing strategies. Especially with the kids prices. They were happy to take our money when we were crap and the ground was empty, but now they want to move all of these undesireables to other parts of the ground or we will massively jack up the cost. Just how easy do they think it is to move lol

That's exactly what they said increasing in line with the increase in pension age
this is from the minutes of the meeting

The upper concession rate will rise to 66 years in 2027-28 (no changes in 26/27) and will track future
changes in the state pension age.

Speak to the ticket office when the dust settles, because, I believe the club are making an exception for people in your exact circumstances. I was told something like that yesterday.

Is it not weird to give discounts to the generation who have the most money - ie the baby boomers?
 
And how much do we make from ST's?? £20=£25m? It's a lot of money but its tiny compared to TV money. Could easily take 10-15% off the price and it wouldn't even scratch the surface. But they know we re a captive audience so like everyone else when the time comes I'll cough up.
