It would make absolutely no sense to have a waiting list that resets every season, but the wording on asksafc is pretty vague and afloat reads as if there'll be a new list:

"Due to a high volume of supporters joining the waiting list for 25/26 season tickets, we have had to make the decision to close the list.

We currently have no information in regards to the waiting list for the season of 26/27."

I'm assuming what they actually mean that they've got loads on the list so they've closed it and can't say if the list will reopen in 26/27 because they'll wait to see how many who are currently on the list get sorted during renewals. But the wording makes the lists sound completely separate which would be daft. Pretty sure they've just written it badly though
 
Being aged 70+ not sure how i will know how to keep the seat I have had since the opening.
Have used DD all the time.

You can still pay by DD

You're just going to need to manually renew and set up a new DD when you have the opportunity to do so.

The club will communicate when you can do that and when you have to do it by to keep your seat.

Your DD details will have been stored on ticketmaster servers and haven't transferred over to seat geek the new ticketing provider.

As legally they wouldn't be allowed to transfer that information.

Not a worry marra my parents both in their late 60s and constantly ask me and my sister things along these lines all the time.

My granddad never used a computer once in his life, despite my grandma having a computer and the internet before we did!

Different strokes for different folks as they say.

does anyone know the actaul process to move seats?

i'm guessing you need to make sure first and foremost you renew your current seat, but if you move seats to a different price range, i'm guessing you need to set up the DD afresh?

I asked this question few weeks back just out of curiosity and was told it’s unlikely I will be able to buy additional due to waiting list

I moved last year quite easy but then was more availability, be really tough to move in the lower bowl now

Did you complete the move before the early bird renewal phase ?

My lass wants to try and move , at least into our block . Don't want to mess it up tho
