Renewed easy peasy in P14 which I’m enjoying, it allowed me to take off my credit and pay by direct debit so that was useful.

Thought you had to pay a one of payment to get your resale credit back.

I've pressed 'look up' mate about 30 times and nothing happens. Must be something wrong somewhere. Bank details are all correct. Tried the wife's card aswel n nothing

This sounds familiar, i.e this same shit was happening a few years ago when people were trying to put bank details in. Didn't effect me so didn't pay huge attention,. Could be wrong like, but maybe someone remembers the fix. Hope it's sorted soon.

No, I get a red exclamation mark and a comment about that ticker being unable to purchase at that price.

Yes. First I was getting an error message saying not eligible at that price, and a drop down box that wouldnt drop down. Now I am getting an error message saying

The following subscription(s) cannot be renewed online. It seems that your seats are already occupied: Season Ticket 2025/2026, xxxxx Season Ticket 2025/2026, xxxxx Season Ticket 2025/2026, xxxxxx Please contact the back office to renew these subscriptions manually.

I've raised a query with Ask SAFC for all the good that will do.
