Morgan basically said it was because they were 'under-cooked' and only got together a few days ago. I don't buy that as all the team have been playing first class cricket for months.

Fair play to Scotland though and I for one would like to see them get first class test status like the Irish. It can only be good for the game in the long run and the ICC seem to be the most backward sporting governing body in world sport. Its almost like they want to hold up and coming nations back.
