Why?
You’re saying a lot more about the grim state of UK pub culture than you are about Qatar there. I’m American and the only place I’ve ever had anyone try to start shit with me in a pub was in the UK.We tried to get a late checkout tomorrow but can’t as our hotel is completely full. The WC is over and the place will remain bouncing
Can’t wait to get back to bars in the U.K. where random Knobheads look for trouble - great
Exactly what I've just said, see for yourself.....you don't need that explaining surelyWhy?
Because that’s normal in Dubai. It’s very much not the normal atmosphere in Doha. For example: why is Dubai awash in Russian prostitutes and Doha full of grim-looking Nepalese migrant workers spending their Saturdays staring at the museum of Islamic art from across the water? How is it massively incorrect? The set up in terms of hotels hosting bars, raucous brunches etc is identical
Sounds shit. Raucous brunches(wtf) with people who persecute homosexuals, and treat migrant workers like shite, isn't my bagTo see for yourself - I’m telling you, it’s class
You honestly think Qatar is always like the bell and whistle Qatar on show for the world cup? I think you need a trip out there to be honest. Listen to the poster on here that's worked out thereExactly what I've just said, see for yourself.....you don't need that explaining surely
I've been to Qatar. You should go, instead of making lazy opinions based on what you are told.Sounds shit. Raucous brunches(wtf) with people who persecute homosexuals, and treat migrant workers like shite, isn't my bag

OK mateI've been to Qatar. You should go, instead of making lazy opinions based on what you are told.
No chance. Is nailed on to happen now like.
'Raucous' though mate!Brunches ffs. Sounds absolutely shite.

Don’t remember the name, and it was a decade ago. It’s right around the corner from Ocean nightclub (somehow still extant, I believe) in Nottingham.Which pub?
Apparently Hitler and Mussolini had trains running on time. I didn't watch any of the World Cup but I accept they probably did a brilliant job. I'm happy that people enjoyed it but I couldn't stomach it. I've lost any joy because of fan behaviour at previous tournaments but if we can only stage successful tournaments in states like Qatar I'd be happy scrapping international football completely.
Hope no canapés were dropped on the floor!'Raucous' though mate!
Am I the only one who enjoyed it around Xmas -I am old and retired mindMake the most of next two Euros and 2026 World Cup
From 2030 onward I genuinely think tournaments will be held in winter months
Tbf we don't use modern slavery to build our infrastructure. When not legally anyhow.100 per cent agree with this
Have you ever been?
You really are posting without any thought
Deffo Dubai mateBecause that’s normal in Dubai. It’s very much not the normal atmosphere in Doha. For example: why is Dubai awash in Russian prostitutes and Doha full of grim-looking Nepalese migrant workers spending their Saturdays staring at the museum of Islamic art from across the water?
Right, and under normal circumstances In Doha in the same situation you’re watching Qatari dudes having drinks with their non-Qatari boyfriends.Deffo Dubai mate
Yer the only blokes in ANY hotel bar after 10pm.
