Lasagne tastes better when you recook/reheat the same batch the day after IMO.

So aye, Sunday Night Lasagne is better than Saturday Night Lasagne for me.

Same theory applies to Saturday Night Curry.... although it’s Sunday Breakfast Curry for me that is for winners...

I was looking forward to Sunday Morning Pizza but Mrs Tomma (save yourselves, don't ask) chucked it away because 'it had been out all night'. Erm yes, that's part of the magic.

I have Lasagne on the odd occasion there is not much on a menu that i fancy, but never had a home made tomato one. Mrs R makes a lush Tuna Lasagne. Beats a tommy one every time.

i dont but i tend to make a sloppier sauce instead to cook the pasta and it always ends up a sloppy mess to serve. i tried it once to cook them and they all stuck together didnt bother again. i thought i should try soak them a couple at a time in boiling water just to soften them.
