Saltgrass/These Things Happen


Harbour view garage was going to be a restaurant before the one stop was built. Think the plan was for parking out the back where the car servicing was done. Years ago now, it's a big site like

Yeah it is, but there is a 2 storey building attached to right hand side of it.
There is also the unfinished Grandpa Dickies and then shelter beside Grannie Annie’s is supposedly going to be a pub/ restaurant. Be a canny crawl when all up and running.

Whoever owns them need shooting with shyte, been empty for nigh on 18 months now, could of had some decent investors in who ain’t scratching to pay for the decor…

Dickies is the grannie Annie’s people. Talk was they took it to stop another pub coming in and taking trade away.

I love a charcuterie board like, Bread, ham, cheese and a beer/wine/port I wish more bars just did stuff like this, doesn't have to be deli, I am a man of simple pleasures Theres a place down Darlington called Sorte which is great

That just silly, they have limited capacity and another pub would create further options for a ‘route’.
Instead they just leave it a vacant eyesore.
