Kosovo arent part of the EU are they?

I would assume he has a Swiss passport given he was born there. Whilst Switzerland are not part of the EU they are part of the single market so have the same rights as EU citizens I believe.

The government have already said that EU citizens already working in the U.K. will be allowed to stay so if we extend his contract it shouldn’t be an issue.
