It's just the hope that he's better at passing than Flanaghan and lets be honest, the odds are in his favour here.....

McCann was 23 when he was capped, so it is almost exactly the same. There is no reason why this guy shouldn't go on to get more though.

I really can't see Donald sneaking out ITK info to give him what? 6 weeks grace and a shitstorm to follow. Doesn't add up.

Given that this lad is still eligible for the u21s I'd say it's a bit different. But I'd also argue it's harder to get into and England squad than a Kosovo squad. But anyway, he's been capped by Kosovo but I'm not really bothered about that at all, more interested in what he's done in club football and what he does for us.

Wild guess here.He is moving numbers around on who owns the shares while not actually selling.The man just talks shite and lies through his back teeth.we will all be massively underwhelmed by the announcement next week.

This is absolutely not what was said though, is it? Those dates were mentioned, yes, but also with the line that the whole thing could well be concluded before then. If anyone has misled people here it's whoever has told Barnes that extra bit. Can't be blaming the fans this time for having an unrealistic expectation of completion. "100 points" situation all over again.

Barnes is a reporter not an investigative journalist. He reported what was told to him as I assume he thought fans would be interested. What do people want him to do to "prove" the veracity of what he was told? Unless he is the seller or buyer how could he possibly verify whether what he was told is kosher? Christ this is a new level of stupidity.

precisely. In any event it would not be one mans decision to broadcast that interview, it would have been the production team. there would have been a lot of discussion around it, as the presenters would need some thoughts etc to pad out the show.
This was made clear after the storey interview, where it was said a lot of discussion had taken place prior to the broadcast, as to whether they should broadcast it or not
