This Lad, Graham and Another left back would be my guess if he’s saying we need two Elevens. Still think another winger/forward is necessary as Gooch is very hit and miss

My point was normal travel by car, not many travel to work during the night.
In rush hour when most travel, out of the city, not the airport which is on a motorway, it can take 3/4 hours. I’ve done this many times and it’s a horrendous journey on M62, especially in the winter. The alternative is A66 /M6 which is longer time wise and treacherous in the winter.

Barnes has taken the word of one famously dishonest chancer, who had an agenda in trying to get people and the media to back off (which they did), and just presented it as a scoop. Tbf with what Barnes is saying on parkinson, he was asked about the takeover after the last friendly and he said something along the lines that he isnt letting it distract the squad and he hasnt been given a timeframe. What Barnes is suggesting is if Donald has told him a bunch of lies hes also told the manager the same lies as Parky seems to think there is something going on as well

I used to commute to Cheshire at the start of the week occasionally. If I left at 5:00am sharp I’d get there about 7:45. If I left at 5:10 I’d get there at about 10:30!

There was either an agreement in advance that SD wouldn't be questioned thoroughly on non-footballing issues, OR Barnes accepts he is simply a mouthpiece who trots stuff out from the club without scrutiny.

Thanks for bringing up the bus stop story again...f***ing bizarre and not enough was made of it at the time by Barnes or the local media. He basically accused some lads of committing a relatively serious crime.
