It'll never happen. Expecting our players all to be switched on and for them to see the light. No spark in the team. Anything else would be a shock to me, a real bolt out of the blue. Its watt we all want but can see it goint down to the wire. Still this board has both positive and negative posters some are terminal. Thats just the current thinking imo.

Or most of those roles are unnecessary with Rodwell in place and we haven’t got a pot to piss in so are cutting our cloth again. I desperately hope the takeover is genuine but everything that has happened as a matter of public record is just as consistent with a club that is slashing costs as it is with one that is clearing the decks ahead of regime change.

Our start will be critical. Even if we have new owners we will be relying on Parky to assemble a squad to ensure we are in the leading teams at Xmas. If we’re not a new owner may be in a position to make some improvements in the playing staff - or management then. We absolutely have to get promoted this year and I hope any new owner will share that wish and make finance available so it can happen.
