Some one without the best interests of the Club causing mischief....Let be clear, Who would have entertained Storey when he came out last week. If he walked into any business and said what he has done, they'd ask him to leave.
If this is a payback move for the lad that wound up the mags with a fackover at the mags several years ago then ... then it just shows how bitter they are. Whatever thw agenda is almost nobody is buying it

I think Billy is in a bad place and this is a sign of a crisis ... if Safc is a solution what must be the problem

Might not have been his exact words but he was quoted rightly or wrongly that he would sell as soon as someone matched his asking price
I think he meant that he wouldn’t unnecessarily turn down an offer if it was genuine and met his asking price. That was when we had no interested parties.

Suddenly he has 2 or 3 parties willing to meet his asking price - He can’t just sell to the first person that comes along in this scenario. He’d be, rightly, criticised for not checking out all of the offers.

Furhman (and maybe Pp)
Mg consortia
Mia jaun and daddy in law

Don't think he did mind. He has consistently said the deal needs to be right for SAFC. Now, he may or may not be lying when he says that but nevertheless, it's been chineses whispers that he will sell to the first person that rocks up with the cash.

the irony meter must have been off the chart if he said that since him buying the club is possibly the worst deal ever for safc and has lead us to where we are now

I think it is no more sinister than a bullshitting con man doing what con men do. He sees being "linked" with a £37m takeover as giving him credibility for his future antics.

In fairness we were not far from where we are now when he took over. Bleeding cash and I was worried about a further relegation.

If he was concerned about looking like an idiot do you not think he would stop walking around looking like the Wild man of Borneo ? 🤣
