If Donald is gone then it’s effectively a takeover.

Aye, I quite enjoyed reading Bob's stuff because it's pretty obvious that he hears bits and pieces but, compared to others, he's just so bloody cryptic! I mean, in theory if someone bought Madrox you could say it's not a takeover because Madrox owned safc and Madrox still own safc, even though the people who are invested in Madrox could be completely different. And like you say, currently Donald is the main shareholder of Madrox and is thus pretty much the owner, but if he sells all or most of his shares to someone else, I'd say that's a takeover regardless of whether it's to someone internal. There's not been anything like enough information given to determine what Bob thinks is going on! All I've seen him say is that it's investment, but there's a world of difference between, say, Sartori simply upping his stake, and FPP converting a loan into shares, or one of the FPP members putting money in and getting shares. Hopefully it'll all be sorted out soon mind

But why? What would it achieve for them? Buying a bunch of shares at a price you would presumably disagree with, after saying no to them last year, in the hope that the remainder increase in value while you prop up the dumb arsehole who has achieved nothing with the money you already loaned him?
You can buy shares anywhere.. its what you do with them.. The investment of a share is in making money something that none of the owners will not have done this past two years, quite the opposite. Anyone buying into SAFC will want a return and they will have seen quite early on that Donald & Co are just not up to making money.
