Would a "period of exclusivity" also refrain it from being updated so quickly?

A change in responsibility for repayment wouldn't necessarily reflect in the charges over the club's or Madrox's assets. Lifting the charges is an action by the lender once the loan has been repaid. When Short sold the club and moved debt into Drumaville in May 2019, the charges over Sunderland and SAFC weren't lifted until August, even though they had immediately taken additional charges over Short-owned assets. I suspect they only lifted the charges once payments began to come through from Drumaville, and they were happy the arrangement was working.

I thought he had some legal issues. Any type of baggage he have that would trip the fit and proper test? Granted that test is a laughing stock in its own right.

Not if he wasn't owning shares directly, or a director. See the definition of "relevant person" in the regulations . So he puts funds into a company controlled by Sartori and his daughter (call it an advance on her inheritance), and that company takes control. Sartori has already passed the test, and his daughter has already controlled Monaco, so would be highly unlikely to fail the test here.

Anyone think the Stewie is running out of money due to COVID so has to implant his plan to bring in (not sell up) to Sarori’s father-in-law now instead of when they are in the championship? Or is this angle possibly being leaked out in order to put pressure on the local consortium?

So to summarise for those wading through 35 pages.
We’re at prehab 1.
There may be local involvement.
Despite posting as Madbob Madbob is a little unhappy as being regarded to be mad.
A dyslexic fan has tweeted Nixon regarding the possibility of being taken over by the island of Santorini.
