Safe Standing

It's totally different to ours, there's come out of the seats in front

They have just put a rail in though. It’s the same seats they already had
Yeah but loads have given up ST in that area so they'll be newbies that can't hack the long standing

Yeah people who can’t hack long standing are going to buy season tickets in a standing section

How do you know it's finished? How do you know the seats will remain where they are? How do you know they aren't going to be moved like they are in other grounds?
Why would they buy rails, fit them, bolt them to the ground to only rip the out, throw them away then fit the proper rail seats, I really don't know what your going on about here?

Just looking at pictures on Google of other clubs safe standing section and no one has done it like this, it takes a good 6 to 8inches away from the row so even when your standing your legs are going to be pinned to your seat behind you while you rest on the bar upright.

Honestly this is cheap as fuck.

Everyone has someone like these where the rail is built into the seat.
How fat are your legs like?

FFS man. We must have one of the most Jack 'Ackwad', twistiest bastard fanbases about.

Is anyone concerned about the lads with poor bone density and small muscle mass, I fear they won't be able to stand for the full 90 (plus injury time), it would be a shame if they miss parts of the game.

Twisty fans who just want a half decent infrastructure like other clubs have done, yet ours does it at bargain basement prices. FFS anyone can look at what we've done compared to 99% of other clubs and see ifs f***ing shite.

Whatever they are doing will need to meet the requirements of the league/FA and be designed and installed appropriately to get a safety certificate. Despite the negative observations on here I’m sure the club and its contractor will be aware of that, they cannot simply draw something on a fag packet and get someone to install it.

Our seats look a hell of a lot comfier than those things.
That's because that area is designated standing and the seats would only be used in Uefa tournaments where standing wasn't permitted.

That design is the norm for rail standing areas across the continent.

That is the finished article mind.

When did I say they were going to rip the rails out? What on earth are you on about?
You said it's not finished but I pointed out the rails are bolted to the ground.

It's obviously finished and the final place the rails are going to go if they are bolted to the ground. How is that hard to understand?
