Nowt to do with that. Everyone up for it then 10 minutes After taking the lead we drop back and back. Soon as we concede we go on the front foot but crowd no that best chance to win is if we take the lead again no later than 89th minute.
 

Central pairing is just too static both have been very poor.
Catts and Leadbitter playing like crabs. Oviedo getting shit but at least he's trying to get forward.

That's not how I saw at mind. We were at them hammer and tongs after the own goal and they were defending desperately. All the play was in their half for the next ten minutes it seemed. Then they got their composure back and played like they can.

It's gonna be a torrid second half.
 
I still don't know how we play?? Can't work out our system, plan, call it what you want. Need to shake it up here. Annoying they get one chance and score, especially after being so generous. If McGeady is fit he needs to be on the pitch. Wyke is proof that Wyke men can't jump. No idea what will happen in the second half...just win at any cost...just f***ing win!
 
Need to change it out now, nothing created that half. If we keep the same setup and we are fucked.

the reason they're not able to hold the ball is generally how it's played to them. the distance between the likes of Wyke or whoever has played upfront and the lack of support has been evident all season. when we keep the ball on the ground and play up the park thats when the forward players get the support they need, however we stopped doing that again shortly after we went ahead today as we were trying to protect the lead. recently there's been a lot of emphasis on defensive shape at the expense of attacking runs and that's why the forward is working off scraps, I've no doubt that comes from the manager. it's probably done I part because a) were so pedestrian centrally and b) he seems pretty poor at defensive organisation.

We've heard all season since Ross came in that it was heart in mouth stuff watching Jack Ross sides. We all thought that was due to how attacking they were, it seems more like they tend to be quite useless defensively.

oh and let's not forget the lack of height and being pedestrian isn't a new thing. the manager has signed most the players in those areas this season or at least has signed several who could have been playing instead.

I felt that Charlton were the better side for quite a while before they scored. They still are.

We are doing a lot of passing, but without any real ambitious aim. Almost ok ginger it around until we lose it. Right now they are a far better side than us.

This is where Jack earns his money.

Had 60 games to figure it out and they look like lost puppies
 
We have been our own worst enemy in this game, got a gift of a goal then just let them in the game until they scored
