But wheres the better players that come in when we make profits on sales?
There is no better players, that's not the model. People don't like it but that's how it is.
It is buy young players to polish up like Clarke, Ballard, Hume. We were never going to spend on proven quality unless we raise money through selling players.

Did we get a pot of money for them like? Deals are structured over years. People think we have this money to dip into willy nilly.

Maybe when you see the clubs brightest and best get sold off for big money and very little gets invested, you'll wake up and see the club are happy to be in this league for the foreseeable.
You honestly think we're going to continue to unearth Clarkes and Stewarts every season or two?....nope.

We signed Clarke, Cirken, Hume, Ballard who will go for decent fees eventually.
That is the idea, we didn't buy the like of Bellingham for no reason. You might not like it that we are not splashing millions but that's how it is.
You still don't get it mate.
They'll all get sold for good money, no doubt about it, but the bare minimum will get re-invested and you'll be making excuses for them again next transfer window...and then next...and the next...until you actually realise that you've been hoodwinked and the clubs had your pants down for years.
As long as you enjoy standing still mate. Each to their own I suppose.
As long as this lot are still in charge we have more chance of going back down to league one than getting promoted to the premier league

Aye it’s class. Pritchard gone and replaced with someone who may or may not ever reach his level of talent. No out and out cdm signed despite being desperate, and for a third window in a row no experienced striker. “January always a tough time to get one” what about August, or last January, tough? Other clubs do it, but nah, we can’t, even though we always plan ahead.
