It’s pretty clear I was correct in my reservations. Would’ve been nice for those (yourself included) who decided to have a go at me to accept you were wrong but it won’t happen.

I’m constantly proved correct on things that may not seem popular at the time. This just another to add to a long list.

Such a pity, why should any poster feel so disillusioned that they feel posting on a specific topic/thread is pointless?

I've got no problem with his views.

I have my own reservations, but constant bickering is tedious and he can't help himself in ratcheting up the tension.

If the thread descends into bickering then I suspect it will go the journey.

Agreed, as long as those blindly following all information as gospel whilst attacking those with opposing views are similarly chastised.

Agree with this.

The WUMs and trollers have been given too much leeway on the takeover threads. Moderators have a tricky job, but seems they may have taken their eye off the ball a bit, imo.

Had a look over on 606 and there's quite a few familiar names, their takeover thread is ticking along and the agitators are buleted quickly.
