I was clearly talking about the time when Riv had this whole board on plane watch the other Friday. The day after he had given the flight information 1 plane to London 1 plane to Newcastle. It was probably a week after their meal in Romanos.
Back to my original question, what has Riv said that has actually happened?

The first person to mention Dell in any way was @Julio here on Aug 18th. This was 3 days before the takeover rumour thread with that tweet from Mark Evans so I blame Julio for everything :lol::lol:

So as we've seen, people get to hear things and pass on that info as did Julio and he's been proven to be right as it was Dell in some way :cool: As I said, it's just like office gossip and if people pass on info in good faith then I'm all for that regardless of it eventually happening. I think 99% of fans are happy with this but to then get constant snipes (AKA trolling) then it's obvious there will be a reaction from the so called ITKs and other posters towards the trolling. The sad fact is some on here thrive in those scenarios and it just spoils the threads as we've seen. Obviously there's other sources such as ALS/RR/medi/BBC/Barnes etc that have also said stuff that has got people's hopes up but if it turns out wrong then those who said similar on here get all the crap thrown at them.

I'm sure there is stuff that has been said on here and elsewhere that has had some element of truth that has been shown. For example a few on here will have known about this last month and it was hinted at by Reiver.

I don't live there anymore, but all my family and people i meet when i go back home, are as positive as any i have met anywhere. Always laughing, and always trying to see the positives. It's this place that bucks that trend for me :lol:

Totally this. "But you lied to me! You told me it would be Friday!" Er no, people have been trying to guess the date it's announced. If it's young kids i could understand it, but i'm sure these are grown men posting these responses.

They jump on every word of the likes of Reiver etc but won't listen to the the actual owner/Chairman Stewart Donald who has gone on social media to say stop being so negative. I have joined the other forum (Along with quite a few) and it is refreshing to go on, and not have to scroll through pages and pages of shite negative comments, and the same few people just digging out anyone who has tried to give whatever little info they can.

The owner has given positive updates from what i can see. No surprise the thouands of our fans who crave negativity have deemed this as its off
