Although it would be nice to know we have exciting new owners, the reality is that it makes very little difference when it happens. The only difference will be preparing for the January window so even three weeks would give us time. So I’m just going to chill out and get myself some breakfast. Me and @Pancho are going to talk existential philosophy over some Huevos Rancheros

We are only working on 3rd hand info .We all expected (wrongly ) for him to be sitting there as though he’s the cat that got the cream and blab his gob off about how we will be the richest club in the uk /world and will be playing CL footy within 5 year .

The reality was he said and conducted himself as a man who can’t say a word about anything

Now I'm sober and I've read Donald's tweets instead of 2nd hand accounts from last night I'm much more relaxed about the takeover

Last night I posted a thread saying I don't think it's going to happen I'd like to apologise for my drunken frenzied post 😂

but people clearly do know stuff, maybe not entirely accurate but still hear stuff that has some truth in it. The takeover rumour thread started with a tweet that said they’d heard there were investors from a tech firm with someone worth 37b involved. That turned out to be correct. They weren’t lying, they didn’t know fuck all.

some of the stuff about completion dates and announcements has seemingly been pie in the sky but that’s not to say that everything has been false or made up; it clearly hasnt
