I haven't got a fukin clue what yr on about, all I was saying is that it is relatively easy and inexpensive to set up and register a limited company.

Wish I hadn't bothered posting now tbh!

The issue is its illegal to do it in somebody elses name. So if it was not them it would of been removed from companies house and the people who did it would get prosecuted

I agree, are people now saying it wasn't them who set it up like?

The company gets set up then nowt happens until accounts are due or there is
a change in the company structure, so really not much further to see via Companies House.

FFS there is less paranoia after a big weekend on the tackle than there is on this fukin thread.

Not saying he is but he has said he was going to put money in for running costs in August . If he sacks the manager he has to find the budget for another one
