But the English company doesn’t yet own any shares in safc which is what I was getting at.
So as I understand it these lads have shelled out £1 plus admin on setting up a U.K. registered company as a holding company with which to buy all or some of safc. Which at least proves this whole thing hasn’t been someone’s fantasy or wind up.
It still hasn’t officially happened but we are one step closer.
