Why is original company record Sunderland Ltd which includes Donald and Co as well as resigned directors like Bain but this one is FPP Sunderland Ltd?

Passive investor as in not on the board or making decisions but paying the bills and hoovering up any profits once we knock city off their perch?

FPP Sunderland are the holding company which will inevitably own Sunderland.
Same as Madrox are the current holding company for SD & CM.

This, I could not understand why some people were getting their knickers in a twist because Dell isn't named in the company house document, for god sake he's a passive/silent investor of course he isn't going to be named.
