Very much passive investors there. It's MSD Partners investing too. That puts an onus on returns, as they're investing other people's money. This is them investing purely for themselves - generating a return isn't the primary object here.

Nah, the NFL is heavily tied in with Wembley and especially with Spurs whose ground was built with hosting both football and NFL games in mind - NFL pitch that's directly under the retractable footy pitch, changing rooms that are able to cater for the huge NFL squads and staff. If more games come to the UK they're almost certain to be at Spurs new ground.

Both grounds in London. One in the North could open up an extra fan base.
