Aye you're right.

Well done the Rivmeister
I have never met Reiver and do not know the man, but you cold just tell that he's no bullshitter and a genuine bloke just wanting to pass on information that would be of interest to fellow SAFC fans. Thanks to him for all the info, and as for all those naysayers, well they are conspicuous by their absence now and that speaks volumes. Haway the lads, better times are on the horizon

Those that knew him or had been helped out by him in the past would never doubt a single post, as know he is genuine, deals can be delayed or fall through for all sorts of reasons , thankfully this one appears it was only a delay.
Agreed Storts
He was sure, about this takeover going through, from the start. .

Agreed the FPP Sunderland companies house documentation is genuine
But the truth is anybody can form a company at very little cost and file documents at Companies house I have formed lots in my time for many different clients
However not all companies go on to trade or go further than some basic filing documents
This new company may or may not have been formed
To take over the activities of the football club
Until someone has stated or has had sight of the actual documents of this new company’s agreement to acquire the company of Sunderland football club and its activities this newly formed company means nowt
For example if the deal and agreement broke down between the prospective buyers and Donald and co
FPP Sunderland could virtually just be torn up and an application be made to strike it off made
So I’m just saying until there is acknowledgment of a written agreement between both parties the formation of this new company is not proof in itself of a deal been done
Your being far too cautious, people on here are up amongst the clouds at the minute.
I fully understand your comments are totally correct, it still could go tits up.
But an announcement this week will hopefully tick that box for us all.

Can people stop calling him Riv now then?
Ok Philly 🤪
