Newco FPP Sunderland could own 75% of the club, with the remaining 25% owned by the current owners.

The new owner's are flying over at this moment, Dell is in Europe, and was in London the other day, nearly all the media reports say it will be done this week, but go on..... continue to be negative.

I think a few have said the lad has a few issues but he would be well advised to log off.

The English company only has 1 share. It is owned by the American company. So 100% owned, which is "75% or more".

There is no other 25%. The new American company owns 100% of the new English company. FPP are directors of both companies. That's all we know so far, I think.

They appear to have taken full control over the club... 100%

Now I finally have actual confirmation of the takeover having been completed I am sure it isn't just Sunderland AFC that will see a windfall. The Salvation Army and the North East Air Ambulance will also see much needed money.

I am not a man of my word? Pah!
