SAFC - Fan Ban & Ticket Cancellations

Would imagine if you can garuntee that you will have 65 people going to every away game you could organise some travel by bus or maybe even train and get a favorable rate which would mean that your travel is cheaper.
Still not sure that would be enough of a benefit for me

I assume some, not all, tickets are sold on at inflated prices

I promise you, this is exactly what has happened.

If anyone genuinely affected by this broad-brush action by the club is thinking of contacting the media, please let me know via DM.
The ticketing side of things have made it clear they don’t need some of us, now we’re in the big time. You should always be careful who you piss off on the way up though, as they’ll still be there on the way back down.
The “newer” fans we’ve picked-up will sharp get bored with mid-table finishes and have shown in the past, they’re a quick to disappear as they have been to emerge from wherever they emerged from

I don't think it will be long until we offer a membership programme where an X% of away tickets will be allocated to there. One it increases revenue (the likes of the top 4 clubs do this), where you pay £X/yr to be in with a chance to get an away ticket on a ballot. Especially with the demand we have.

I'll repeat this until im blue in the face.

None of this shit was a problem when we were shit. When they couldn't give a fuck who was at Shrewsbury or Rochdale. My first ever away ticket was from someone's else's season ticket 20 odd years ago.
Bang on...it's all the twisty fuckers who have already got their tickets sorted for every game who are twisting...they weren't bothered then where tickets were going.

Them ballots are hugely unsuccessful tho so may aswell stay with the way we’ve got, I know someone who’s been in the mag ballot for a year or 2 now, applied every game not won one ballot yet

Find it very frustrating that I have not missed a home match in well over a year now travelling from Belfast, booking flights and hotels etc, and I have no chance in going to this game

See I work with a few of them unwashed and they are quite successful.

Part and parcel of the offering. If we can monetise it, I think the club will.

The investigation should have been in summer when proper time could have been taken to assess evidence rather than a rushed PR stunt now.

Yep. Or a mandatory ID check at the SOL on Sunday morning for the 65 - crap, but still much better than what they’ve done. ‘PR stunt’ is the right term.

Hope your mates get sorted at 12.
How many points?

40 has been mentioned which makes sense.

The next set of twisting will be that they hve paid £40 for nothing

Until certain people can buy a ticket for every game they want they will never be happy
