What are you twittering on about? You know nothing, RTG knows nothing, why do we want to sell our best players?
 
I don’t think we will sell him, certainly not this year. Also, I don’t think he will want to leave as he’s in football heaven, playing in a team where he gets lots of games, some of the lads he plays football with are his mates. He’s in a World Cup squad.
I’m surprised that some of the posts on here don’t value him as much as I, and some others do. You look at some of the shite that gets paid for about £75 million nowadays, why wouldn’t an awesome premier league proven player go for £80 million plus. As one other poster mentioned, I’m glad some on here don’t do the negotiating.

Makelele had 2 goals 4 assists in 144 Chelsea PL appearances. Sometimes you need a player that does the dirty work and I don’t mind that if I’m being honest.

Though I’d love to see him get a goal before the end of the season like.
 
Caicedo cost 115 million , had 1 season when he placed 30 odd games for Brighton and 8 in previous seasons

I agree with you. My point is there may be plenty of big clubs but, at most, he isn’t playing.
Chelsea would pay mega bucks. They have form for it. He is way down the pecking order there though.
 
Good footballer and works his socks off.
Primarily a defensive midfielder of course, but no end product re goal or assists at all would probably put the big boys off.
But if one of them did happen to weigh in with a £40m bid plus add ons would be a good deal for us.
